なんやかんや忙しい日が続いた今日この頃・・・・・・。
今日は、チョー寒いのでランチは、辛い担担麺の日でした。

ワンタン増量中の担担麺の注文が多かったので、ベースが残り少なくなってしまい午後は、担担麺の仕込みをしました。
こだわりの練りゴマ・自家製醤油だれ・・etc 材料を量り揃え
すべてをボールに入れて、まぜ・まぜ ハイ ! OK !
単純な作業のように思えますが、中華は奥が深いんですょー。合わせる材料は少なくとも、こだわりの材料や材料を事前に下味をつけてあったりとまぁ、事前の工程が大事 なんですよー！
あ ! そういえば昨日の休みは、久しぶりに野池にBass釣りに行ってきました。一緒に行ったのは、トーナメントで組んでる相棒親子 ! この親子すごいんです ! 年間50upを何十本も狩る
BassHunterなのです。 どうです ! やばいでしょう !

でも、予報は、爆風！ キャストすれば、ラインがブォーンと勢いよく無駄に出ていくありさま！・・・・ 心が折れそうになるが、
そこは、精神力でカバー！ あまり意味がない・・・・。 それでも
野池をランガン、手が！・足が！・耳が！顔が！あぁぁぁ・・凍る
ラストは、リールとガイドが凍って、はい！ お・し・ま・い
相棒のやりきった後ろ姿が・・・・・・。 はやくおこたで温まりたい
