ふかひれを仕込んでみました！ 気仙沼産です!!
気仙沼の「ヨシエイ加工」さんのふかひれです！ 震災の時は、とても大変な思いをされ、連絡が取れたのは約1年後でした。電話で｢必ず再建します」｢分かりました、再建されたら必ず連絡ください」と約束して震災前まで好評の｢特性ふかひれのコース」をメニューから外し連絡を待ち、今シーズンとうとう｢お1人様￥4,000 (全7品） 特性ふかひれコース」が復活しまた。 みなさん!! ふかひれ1枚ついて全７品でお1人様￥4,000ですよー!!!!! こだわってます！ 予約もかなり頂いてます。皆様、如何ですか！ この機会に・・・。
ふかひれの大きさは、基本1キロに何枚入っているかで決まります。1キロ1枚入り～50枚以上までさまざまな大きさが有り、当店では、 震災前は1キロに９枚入りを使用し、1枚を半分に割り単純に1枚の大きさは、1キロに18枚入っているのと同じでしたが、今回のふかひれは、1キロに15枚入りを使用してそのまま1枚使っていま～すって言う事は・・・・・ じぇじぇじぇ!!!
1枚の量が増えている・・･･･ゲッ原価が (T T；）
まぁッ！いいか！こだわっているから （^ ^)V それに召しがったお客様が喜んでいるから・・・。
時間をかけてじっくり仕込んだふかひれ・・・・・おいしいよ～
