この頃、夜はお店が暇なのでカウンターに一人で来たお客様と色々とお話しする機会が増えて決まって 「昔はね～｣ から始まる話題で盛り上がってしまいます。なぜか、 「これからはね～」での話題は無い・・・・。今の世の中では未来のことより、過去のことを考えて懐かしんでしまうのかな・・・・・。ちょっと・・・・になってしまった。（T !! T) よく、お客様と、話しをしていると、｢マスターは、忘れられない味ってある?｣ と聞かれ、即答で ｢あるよ !｣ と答えられる程、忘れられない味がある。それは、免許を取るために教習所に通っているときに小腹が空いたら必ず通っていた中華食堂があって、いつも ｢天津丼」 を食べていた。熱々の白飯にカニ玉がのっていてケチャップ味の甘酢餡かけが、かかっている 天津丼 ! あwwwwwwwっ た・べ・た・いー！醤油の甘酢ではなく、ケチャップの甘酢！サイコー！
でも、よくよく考えるとなんてことのない普通の天津丼ですねー不思議とその時のシチュエーションで、なぜか忘れられない事がある。よほど腹が減っていたのか１８才の時、食堂でおっさん達にまぎれこんで一人で食べた雰囲気が忘れられないのかは定かではない。みなさんも｢忘れられない味」ありますよね。
今でも、うちのお店には・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・！
